15 Apr 2009 Arrived deffective -- sent it back. So far no refund and had to pay postage. Not happy The cable arrived deffective. It was a very cumbersome porcess to send it back. I had to pay for shipping. I believe that my credit shoould include shipping both ways. The company says they don't refund shipping at all, either way. I have asked for a refund of the shipping, but havn't heard yet. Meantime, there has been no refund at all. I'm not happy with the customer service at all. The whole thing has been a rediculous red tape nightmare.... –AMSfrom Amazon.com
31 Mar 2009 Worked great until it died I really enjoyed this unit. For a portable, the picture quality was reasonable. I always used headphones without complaint. About 1 year after buying it (and taking very good care of it), it would start to freeze. It always happens about 30-40 min after starting so I think it something overheating. Nevertheless, it won't last long enought to get through even a short movie. Not typical Sony quality. Very dissappointing. –NBOfrom Amazon.com
15 Oct 2008 Great DVD player I love the size of the unit and the fact that I get over 6 hours of active use with the battery -- great for those long flight to Europe. I have had mine for over 6 months and it works like a charm. One of the best units on the market. –Andy Zfrom Amazon.com
