Caveat Emptor - Server Interface
Please be aware that this unit, contrary to the copy description, does not support the FLAC codec. After reviewing the owner's manual I contacted Onkyo customer support and confirmed that, not only does the receiver not support the codec, Onkyo has no plans to update the firmware to support FLAC in the future. This is only important if you have audio files previously encoded in FLAC format on your server and intend to import them through the receiver's ethernet interface.

One of the things I like best is its remote control. It is so intelligently designed that I would be able to control my LG 42" HDTV, LG Blu-ray DVD, DirectTV cable box, iPod (still figure out...
