Some notes on a great set of speakers I will not re-hash the countless reviews that praise these speakers. Rather I'll comment on my experience that may be relevant to you:

For your reference here are some the speaker systems I've owned:
For my home theater: Klipsch Quartets and now Definitive Technologies (current)
For my PC: Cambridge Soundworks, Klipsch Promedia GMX

I'm not a fan of loud bass. I like natural sounding music (no EQ). So with that in mind:

Surprisingly good I was a little skeptical that these speakers could deliver as claimed. I've read a lot of glowing "professional" reviews, but considering that most reviewers live by getting manufacturers to send them free speakers, negative reviews are pretty rare.

I have these speakers hooked up to a dvd/cd player in a bedroom where they replaed a Denon receiver and a pair of Canadian bookshelf speakers that I just didn't have room for any more. I have to say that these speakers hold their own against ... –Dave L.from Amazon.com

AVOID AT ANY COST!! I have purchased these speakers after reading a positive review in an electronics magazine to use them as replacement for my weak built-in TV speakers, to discover sadly that they are actually much much weaker than my free built-in ones!! Simply, they shake and resonate at even the lowest volumes, distortion is unbelievably noisy that you cannot even recognize movies' dialogues!! sound quality is at the lowest, and no remote control!
