Disappointed In addition to all the problems abive, here are some of my issues:

I bought this item specifically because I could match it with my Samsung LCD. Well, I have yet to get the Anynet+ set up to work. As a matter of fact, it sometimes turns the theater system off all on its own, and I have to get the remote to turn the sound back on again. Very frustrating.

Then, there is sound quality. As a home theater, sound is great... until it starts skipping. That flaw may come from somewher... –Bonnie Mcilrathfrom Amazon.com

Garbage! Does not work! I bought this product, set it up, and it does not play my blu ray movies. The remote does not control the unit, the buttons on the front of the unit did not work. I reset the remote and upgraded the firmware on the unit and it still does not work The speakers worked fine though. I called Samsung support and they refused to service the system because all it is is a firmware problem which I have to wait 2-3 weeks for because it hasn't been published on the website yet. Wonderful Home Theater System We bought this system from Fry's Electronics for 599.00, without checking any reviews, and that made me nervous. We hooked up our system which was pretty simple and was delighted to find that it performed perfectly. I read the reviews on Amazon and I can say we have not experienced any of issues mentioned. We have used it for 4 days now and still have no complaints. The DVD's load faster than our old player and that includes Blu-ray.
