How can smart devices be so dumb?
I can't express how utterly disappointed I am with this remote. It's overly complex in trying to make life simple. Getting the remote to properly interface with my Sony blu-ray player was an exercise in frustration. First of all, it's ridiculous that the setup software for the remote did not include blu-ray or hd-dvd in it's menus .....really????? Secondly it's ridiculous the remote needs setup software (I'm sure many will argue this point). Once I got the remote to halfway work with my pla...

Great Product
Love it.... Yes this remote does all that it claims to do and more. The set up was easy. I did need a little help from tech support with one of my components but I called Tech Support and they were so great that they even made some suggestions that I hadn't even thought about. We have been using this remote for about a month now and have no complaints. So easy to us even my 80 year old mom can do it when she comes for a visit.
