04 May 2009 Need to send in to upgrade I previously owned an 8910 and it was great, but one of the buttons was sticking and thought this would be a good choice as the 8910 was no longer available. Well seeing that it was a learning and upgradeable remotw, I figured it was a good choice. Its factory settings make it a very natural replacement for the Comcast remote, which was convenient for me. 28 Feb 2009 Good Product I previously had one of those $100 Logitec remotes. That was fine but I found it slow and it sometimes had a mind of its own. This remote only does what you tell it to do. This remote works awesome. If you want a remote that can learn commands from other remotes this is what you want. I now have all the odd commands from my tv and dvd player programmed in.
