I ordered this remote to replace the original remote on an RCA 27" TV that is over 10 years old. The old remote's buttons were sticking and it was very difficult to change channels or change volume. Do Not Buy This
I bought this even with the bad reviews. I have one of it's predecessors, a black one and it worked fantastically for 5 or 6 years. It still does but the on/off button finally died. I figured... how bad could it be? The one I have worked great until now.
Worst purchase ever.
The remote is otherwise well-designed, but it doesn't work! It loses the codes approximately every other day and you have to keep re-entering them. Get something else.
