Something is wrong
I rarely cry 'wolf' but...I ordered this product, it came in without the part that holds the MP3...so it is useless (they shipped the 809-TS). I called Customer Service who overnighted another complete package although I advised it was just missing the one part (it was the only way they could do it). Just got the replacement - same thing... The window mount itself is heavy duty - it will be nice if they can get me the rest of the unit.... or determine it wasn't supposed to come with that part?...
