I bought this recorder because the model which has 132 hours of recording worked extremely well giving me absolute confidence in this version which has 555 hours on slow play. It picks up a group conversation outdoors at night around a campfire with planes flying overhead. The audio is excellent and all (even the quietest speakers) can be heard clearly.
