Poor tech support
The Zen Mozaic I purchased has never worked correctly. I have spent hours trying to get an answer from tech support (using email) and kept getting the same suggestions. They did not work. I filled out the report to return the product and received an error message. To say I am frustrated would be an understatement. If this product works, great. If it doesn't, good luck getting help.

Best MP3 player in my opinion
I initially bought the zen stone with built-in speakers because I hated wearing headphones and would like to enjoy music surrounding my room. I like the sound of zen stone's built-in speaker but unfortunately, it stopped working after a couple of hours use.| elapsed time: | 95.5ms |
