I like to give anything the benefit of the doubt, but I went through 2 of these in about 3 months. The first I received for Christmas. I was very excited to have the technological capabilities on par with the ipod but with an FM tuner, as I sometimes like to listen to my morning talk radio show while jogging. I love it!
I love my Zune! The sound is wonderful, and it's easy to maneuver around on the menu. The screen is bright and colorful. The only things that I don't care for are that there's no way to delete songs from the device without it being connected to the computer and the software seems to take over all the music already on my computer. Zune Pass Software Lacks Features for Discovering New Music....
In a nutshell, if Zune Pass offered the same features as Napster, I would still own my Zune (I returned it). The biggest feature that was missing for me was the "radio stations", which are playlists that Napster put together - probably by professional DJ's. If I knew exactly which artists/songs I wanted to download, Zune Pass would have worked just fine.
