Unnesscary Accessory
This thing is only worth it if you use the dock for its purpose. Which to output video from the player to the tv and record tv to your player plus charging. I find i usually use it to charge and output music over my Home theater system.

Very convinient
I bought this for $80 last year, now I'm really glad I bought this too, since the Archos I bought cost twice as much as I initially paid for. It really makes it easier for me to download my TV shows and DVD to my archos with the docking station.
