I keep hoping it will work better I bought this product about 2 years ago and I really looked forward to the features it had. However, the menu is buggy as all hell and freezes up quite frequently. Furthermore, it seems to induce noise into my system from time to time for no apparent reason. And yes, then there is the time it shuts off for no reason. On the upside, the wifi was easy to set up for me. I did get mine when they first came out so may they ironed out all the kinks. Bad Remote Overall a very good product. The problem is with the remote that does not always work no matter how close you are to the base. It took 30 minutes and new battery (which i did not need as the old worked as well) to get the system working. The iPod did not always sit well in the base which kept jumping from charging status to Denon screen. I do recommend the product as it sounds great once it got going. –K. C. Rossfrom Amazon.com

tips on setting up wifi - which can be frustrating on this device i bought this with 2 goals

1) play internet radio via wifi
2) stream music from pc via wifi

i have a denon 3808ci receiver

i was going to return this back to the store for obvious reasons but decided to keep it after discovering these... and finally getting it to work

- pc has to on wifi network for streaming to work
- when you enter network information, use the up and down arrows for character input
