This may be the best money I've spent in a while. What a great sound and feature for the price. The sound quality is very surprising, especially given the small size of the speakers and subwoofer. Another nice feature of this unit is that I can play iPod video through this unit. My kids love to watch their iPod videos by connecting through this unit. Cd mechanism failed after 6 month
After 6 months of light usage, less than 100 hrs on the CD player, the DX32i CD section of the system started to malfunction, whirling and clicking but not reading any tracks. I have a belt-mounted portable JVC CD player that I've bang around for 10 years and it still play reliably.
