I installed the software for the Zen player and tried to get some of my cd's copied on it. The Zen software would burn a couple of songs and lock up. After a couple hours of frustration I reinstalled the software and tried again on the next evening and it still would lock up while trying to get the songs copied to the player. From other reviews it sounds like it's a good player so I believe maybe I just got a lemon?

I've owned a number of media players, from RCA to Apple to Toshiba. Finally I decided to lay down the long green for the Creative Zen 32 GB (this has been well over a year ago, and the price has been DRASTICALLY lowered...all I can say is check Creative's website before you buy).
