My two daughters both sansas and then ipod Nanos. I like the idea of having the radio like the Sansa did, but wanted something with better software than either the Sansa or the ipod had. So, I got the 4 GB Zune. I love it! I found that 4GB isn't really enough if this is your only mp3 player. After owning this one for 2 years, I bought the new 120 GB model a few months ago. overall a good product.
overall this mp3 player is an awesome piece of equipment. My only gripe is with the software, not the player. While 15$ a month for unlimited downloads is awesome, being only able to sync them with a Zune is a little disappointing. another item is only able to sync marketplace music while being online.

Zune 4 GB Video MP3 Player
Gave it as a gift and they love it. I bought a refurbished zune from radio shack and it took over 4 months to find all the software bugs. It is easy to use. The FM radio function comes in handy as well. Like it better than the ipod.
