already problems
Got this item on line and while it worked flawlessly for 6 weeks the thing now pauses for no reason (my old ipod did this too prompting me to replace it). Yes it's still under warranty and I suppose they would look at it but the trouble is the problem is intermittent and getting it fixed may be tough unless the tech knows what the problem is. My other complaint is itunes and the ipod runs poorly on MS vista. Better than my old OS but still there are bugs and the help section runs very slow and ...

I was surprised that I don't have the full 120 GB. I think I have 111 GB - haven't figured out where the other 9 went. Works as described. I was concerned with the battery life but I am running an fm transmitter off the IPod battery too. Good product! Good retailer! It took FOREVER to arrive, but I think I was a bit impatient too.
