display is useless
The characters on the display are so tiny you need a magnifying glass to read them. Mine also arrived with a bad power adapter that would turn on/off and not charge the units. The units sit in the charging stand very loosely, and that makes it hard for the units to make contact and charge properly.
What to do about Quality Assurance
The product Quality seems to be B+. The total package still fails. Why!!! Because the base unit two way radios "voice activation feature" does not work with the headset package that it comes with and they knew it before they packaged it and sent it out.| elapsed time: | 2055.7ms |
