Great 2-way radio This is a quality 2-way radio. 20 miles is a little ridiculous, but the range is very good. In real world conditions (buildings, trees, etc.), the range is approximatley 2 miles. Any standard 2-way radios will get no more than a 2-mile range. This is the only reason I didn't rate these 5 stars.

The sound quality is excellent, the privacy codes are a nice feature and the size is perfect.

Bad performance 20-Mile Range is just a joke. No more than half a mile. I tested it out at different conditions(beach, forest, city, shopping mall). The best usage at shopping mall, but in this case you don't need to buy product for $60.
When you press buttom to talk, it's not ready to work immediately and people on the other side are not able to hear you.

bad for headsets if you want a decent headset one that works with a helmet for get it because this has a single pin connection and helmet headsets all that i found were two pin connections the radio itself works greats but not much in the line of helmet headsets –shivvafrom Amazon.com
