25 Apr 2009 indoor yes outside no this product is a great value... but dont use outside in bright sunny weather. the camera's video will wash out...... in bright sunlight the picture will be a washed out image on the monitor. these cameras are best used inside. where they work just fine.....of course if you want them to be used outsdie i would suggest during the winter months without bright sun light they will work fine.... all in all this unit is a good buy..... –F. 05 Feb 2009 GREAT INEXPENSIVE UNITS I bought two of these systems two years ago. They have been working flawlessly all that time. I have them mounted right next to the little TV which sits on top of my computer monitor, so I can watch TV, operate my computer and monitor all 4 corners of the house at the same time, including one at the front door so I can see who is knocking.

09 Oct 2008 Cameras work well, monitor is just OK. I have two of these, along with $4,000 worth of high-end surveillance equipment. The cameras work great in well lit areas and have microphones. The monitors have poor picture quality and go bad quickly. I just use them as extra cameras and they hook into my Security DVR, so I use other monitors for viewing output.
