OK, but not much base Bought and then returned these for larger speakers that could produce lower bass. OK clarity, midrange was fine but as the only speakers in the room they didn't produce enough lows for my taste.... –David Schneiderfrom Amazon.com

You get more than what you pay for Others have provided bad reviews for these speakers based on poor frequency response. We are only talking about a speaker capable of handling 60 Watts but when you hook them up to a bookshelf stereo you are going to get bookshelf stereo sound.

I bought 5 pairs of these speakers for my whole house audio (WHA) based on nothing more than reviews and price. Now mind you, I have these hooked up to a very high quality Denon receiver with 2x110 Watts driving all of the WHA speakers. I am MORE... –Jon Soucyfrom Amazon.com
