Horrible
This bookcase arrived in a broken box with missing parts, wood scratched and some wooden parts actually broken. It was an absolute mess! Unfortunately, my husband thought he could put it together anyone with other parts he had on hand. This didn't work and due to what he did, we could not return it....

Shocking Quality for the money!
I ordered the two shelf model Aleria Premium Grade and when I opened the package I was quite suprised. The specs say hardwood shelf, and yes it is a hardwood shelf, as in a real wood board and nicely veneered to boot. The directions were clear and those round cam lock things were already in the big holes, so all you have to do is put in the screw pegs and put it togther.
