30 Apr 2009 Awesome Toddler Bed We absolutely LOVED this bed, eventhough my husband had to cut slats out of plywood (4-to be exact) for the mattress support. We have 2 boys, 4 and 5 and the 5year old has just gotten too long and lanky are sold them on craigslist. We would purchase another in twin, but they are ready for bunk beds. 01 Mar 2009 Finally, our son sleeps in HIS bed Finally, our 3 year old son sleeps in HIS own bed, instead of sleeping w/ us. My husband put it together, when our son was napping, so when he woke up and so it, he was EXCITED!! Plus we got him a complete set of McQueen bedding.
I gave it 4 stars only because the quality of the plastic is a bit cheap plus the decals are hard to put together, but the kid LOVES IT and that's what matters. –Hip momfrom Amazon.com
21 Jan 2009 WOW! - My husband wishes he had a bed like this when he was little. Like all the other reviewers - the bed really has that WOW factor and my husband did have to drill some of the holes larger. The stickers were a real pain to put on but in the same way they are hard to take off so that's a good thing with my son. We too had to make 3 small plywood inserts to keep the mattress from falling in. (What good is a bed like this if your buddies can't sit up there too with you?)
