makes everything smell
used this machine a few times at first, thought it was great. used it in my car and the smell it left in the car was so horrendous i couldnt drive it, it had to be professionally deodorized. then a few monthes later it did the same thing to my couch. absolute garbage.

Performance decreases quickly
When I first bought this product, I was extremely pleased. Then the little flap that lays atop the return tank didn't connect properly and the suction was compromised. Then I got bad leaks at the bottom of the unit. I used this unit only 10 times. I am within the warranty period and I am currently trying to get my money back.
