Great Machine
This is a great machine but it does require work - no kidding. If your looking for a machine that is no work you might as well hire a professional but I can tell you your rugs will not look as good. I've tried them all - I've rented rug doctors, had a professional and finally bought my own machine. My 16 year old carpets look as good as new right now. I moved into my home in June of 2007 and never cleaned the rug. I have 3 cats and a 9 year old. I was apprehensive about doing the rug myself but figured..."what could I lose?" so I ordered this product based on the reviews and the price.
The best home cleaner ever.
I purchased this a year ago using my AMEX points and it was the best 35000 points I ever spent. I've used it SEVERAL times and with a couple of small exceptions its a snap to use. The exceptions being cleaning. 90% of this is a piece of cake to clean. The problem comes when you need to clean inside the mouth of the vacuum part. Its very narrow and lint gets caught in there.
