Better use it for oscillating
Must admit I was a bit disappointed with this fan. It puts out a moderate amount of air and works alright when oscillating, but if you lock it to stay in one place, it makes a very noticable rattling noise. It is the first fan I have ever purchased with all plastic components - and likely the last....

Excellent Fan For The Price
I purchased this fan at K-Mart for around $20. It was fairly easy to assemble, the only rough spot was aligning some of the snaps that connect the back grill to the front. The fan works excellent and is fairly quiet compared to similar models. The three speed settings and tilt both are great as well. Finally, the two blade system seems to add a bit more punch.
