Couldn't be happier! This compact fan arrived just in time for a triple-digit-temperature heat wave in Los Angeles. With no air-conditioning at home, I needed help staying cool while sitting at my desk -- and the Clip Stik Desk Fan worked out just great.

The fan is effective within a distance of 3 feet. There's a high and a low setting, both of which are pretty quiet. And, when used without the removable clip, it takes up very little desk space (4"D x 3-3/8"W x 10-1/2"H).

Barely better than a hand fan After reading the positive reviews for this desk fan, I promptly ordered it and was prepared to enjoy the rest of the summer in comfort. Upon receipt, I set-up the fan and waited for the coolness to hit me. It never happened. Even at the highest speed the unit couldn't even put out enough air flow to move the loose papers on my desk much less provide relief from the heat for me.
