And now for a pressing matter....
Ironing's a deadly bore
It really is depressing
And when the iron is a dud
It's even more distressing

Not too hot I liked the retractable cord feature on this iron, which did work well. However, I found it didn't get quite as hot as I'd like it to, making it difficult for ironing fabric like Linens. –Indigofrom Amazon.com

Great product for the price - has served me well for over 5 years This Panasonic NIG10NR steam iron has served me well for over 5 years. You may choose to spray water or steam. The retractable cord makes it easy to store away. It's easy to fill water in you don't have to get it out of the iron. I like that it has light to let you know it's on or off. It did not burn any of my clothes. I just let it stand if I didn't use it. It has worked real well until 2 days ago when I did something I may have pulled the cord so hard that ended its life.
