16 Mar 2009 Iron is good but design is poor. I have used Sunbeam irons in the past and have had good use from them. The Shot of Steam is the feature that must be in any iron I use and that is why I purchased this model. The retractable cord was not a consideration and now that I have it, I don't like it. It does not retract fully.

16 Oct 2007 Good iron for the price This is a great iron for the price. It does a great job getting the wrinkles out and I use it all the time. The only complaint that I have is that the retractable cord doesn't work well. I have to mash the button several times and sometimes force the cord in part way to make it work. I am a little irritated about that because it was a feature that I was excited about. But the overall job of the iron outweighs that one defect in my opinion.
