Disappointed
I loved this machine for the first 4 months--after that it has been nothing but trouble . It leaks from the bottom and from the hoses that will not stay tight. I have to put towels everywhere to stop from damaging my counter and floors. I bought a year contract to return and I am sending it back!...

Does not wash dishes well
There are a number of problems with this product:
Shoddy Design, Lousy service
This is an astonishingly bad package. It's nearly impossible to pack in the promised "four standard place settings" or for it to "accept plates up to 11" in diameter": even the photo they include for how to do this in the user booklet is laughable, and it turns out that they only even *pretend* that it will be able to take in 1 large plate; moreover, the basket for cutlery regularly falls through the base of the rack, there are gaps elsewhere designed to fit in dishes in strictly predefined fash...
