Does the job
I received the items (2 filters) quickly. They fit my Kenmore refrigerator just fine. The price is right at $25 per filter which is much better than the $40 they're asking for at Sears.

Need help
I actually need help before I can review the product. I simply can't get the old filter out of my refrigerator to be able to try the new filter. I've read the instructions and looked at the picture but the "knob" won't turn or budge at all.
