They shipped the wrong item
I rated this with five stars because I love the fan, even though I had to buy it elsewhere. When I purchased the fan, the amazon dealer shipped a lesser model. When I complained, they offered to refund part of the purchase price. If I wanted the model they shipped, I would have bought it but that is not what I wanted.
