Exactly what I wanted
I have been interested in induction cooking for several years. When my husband and I built our house 4 years ago, I considered putting in an induction cooktop, but was dissuaded by the high price, newness of the technology, an by my brother. Since I have purchased this product, I wish I had gotten an induction cooktop. I love the efficiency of it. It is fast and heats the pot evenly.
