Great Basic Alarm Clock
The clock operates very well; it auto-sets itself as soon as it is plugged in (or after the electricity comes back on after a power failure). It is easy to read - even from a distance; the alarm is easy to set and use. A major plus is that you can set the correct time in any time zone in North America including across Canada and in Alaska and Hawaii. The clock is not fancy but it does what an alarm clock is supposed to do: Display the correct time anywhere and operate well as an alarm device....

insta but late
To Steven, good luck with your purchase. I have one myself that seems to be getting late by 2 minutes every year. I've had mine for more than 3 years and now it's 7 minutes late. Only consolation, I could still use it for the alarm, just make sure I add 7 minutes more. It looks really nice but it's true what they say, you get your money's worth. Don't buy this clock
This clock is a piece of junk. True, it is has a very bright display, but it simply does not work as advertised. That is, it does NOT set itself to the correct time, and is impossible to set manually. I'm going to throw it out--it is not worth the time and expense to return it or send it back to the manufacturer.
