Great Product for the money
The electronic wine library gets each varietal to its perfect serving temperature with ease. If you have 15-20 minutes before you want to drink then this unit works great....

Loud, slow, and not terribly effective at what you bought it for
Other than that, what's there to complain about?
Like it cold
We like the wine chiller as we no longer need to mess with bags of ice to have our white wines chilled throughout an entire evening. You can hear the fan as the chiller is working, but is quiet enough that a little soft music in the background or conversation covers any occasional "whir".
