Unimpressed
Clip broke putting on my keys for the first time. I don't expect the swivel to stand up much longer. I think the clip is too tight. Would be tough to get on clothing, maybe jeans.
strong light, weak key chain
The light on this flashlight is fairly strong for such a small one. However, the clip broke the first day I got it.

Teeny and powerful
I wanted a small, lightweight light with a clip to provide light for cleanup on night-time dog walks. I attached it to my terrier's leash for those times I need to find his, er, deposits in the grass and he wasn't thoughtful enough to do his business under a streetlight. It's working out perfectly. I don't notice any weight on the leash and it provides wonderful, bright light. In fact, I can't look directly at it as it hurts my eyes. Though I wasn't looking for much, this little light also maxim...
