I bought this mop thought it was a great price . IT was easy to use and out together and it cleaned my floor really well . But I noticed that it was turing my vinyl floor white . Where the mop was heating up turned white and it has been 3 months and it is still white . I sent it back to the company and waiting to see what they are going to do ....

ok for money
With few $$, this was the product for me. I got it for about $34 and came with 6 reusable double sided cloths (you get 12 total). It works great for my small kitchen and tiny bathrooms. Maybe not very good for big areas due to the small water tank. It only steams for about 12 minutes. Powerful enough for small areas will do the job better than more expensive ones. It could have an indicator for empty tank. You have to guess when to refill.

Mop Stopped Working
This mop did a decent job for the first 18 months until it completely stopped working. At first, my only complaints were that the cord was too short, and at times the mop emitted too much water, hence flooding the floor. But overall it was fine for quick clean ups in between a real mopping. I would have given it 3 stars if it had lasted longer.
