Fantastic!!!
This is quite possibly the best purchase I have ever made. I had very high expectations before I purchased it, and I haven't been let down yet. All of the head attachments are great, it runs for about 50 minutes, cleans almost anything. Love it. Would buy it again, without a doubt. Highly recommended for anyone who really wants to clean....

Fast delivery worked as described. However really greasy surfaces & stained grout needed chemical help. Once cleaned steam alone does fine. I am pleased with this purchase and recommend it for home use.

Not that great
It's really not that great. Works OK on grease, but useless on baked on grime. The brushes provided break down quickly. I'm not returning it, but it is disappointing.
