Cleans great, easy to fill and use. Steam time short, though.
Well-made unit. Easy to fill, emptying not an issue as you can just use up all the water in the tank quickly (10 minutes or so - recommend you set a timer for the three-minute warmup time to avoid wasting use time!).
Excellent product, just have a little patience
The steamer works very well and I love it! It was have got 5 stars if it would only last longer. I say it lasts about 7 minutes before you have to add water and wait (for less than 5 minutes). Honestly, I don't mind the wait... I just take little breaks and rest up. For the price, well worth it!

Gets the job done!
Very simple to use and works great on both hardwood and ceramic tile floors. Worth every penny. Requires little "elbow grease" and really does a thorough cleaning!
