I was originally looking for a hand-held one, but after significant research thought this one had the best of both worlds. Why not get a steamer that does it all? I was very excited and had high hopes for this steamer. I first tried it on my floors and found that it did a great job. Cheaply made
It cleaned great until I tried to steam mop with it. The mop attachment fell off no less then 10 times in about 5 minutes. This was very frustrating so I sent it back and purchased a shark multi purpose steam machine from lowes and it works great.

I would buy it again
I got new vinyl floors and new kitchen cabinets and wanted a better, cleaner way of cleaning the floors and thought a steam mop would work. I picked this one after hours of reading reviews, because it comes with the other stuff too. I had to call the manufacturer because the handle would not extend and the clothes steamer attachment kept popping off. They immediately sent me new ones.
