Between the cat hair and the chips crumes my kids drop. This DC24 is a work of art. I only wish i know about dyson sooner.

Not working for me, returned to store
I purchased the DC24 at a local store. The cord is only about 20 ft long, which in my larger home is just too short. Manuverability was very easy and lightweight. Problem came with my shag carpet. The fibers got wrapped around the rotating brush which I took apart twice in one day and cleaned off with fingers and scissors. The hose attachment is too short. Also, the canister didn't hold enough dirt to do more than a few rooms. May be OK for a small condo or apartment but at $400 price point, I d...

dyson cleaner
Bought this vacuum because my other two vacuums wouldn't pick up dog hair. I have 2 golden retrievers and they shed alot. Vacuum picked up dirt and hair very well but the dirt cup is too small. I had to empty it every minute. ( it's fine if you don't have animals) Several filters that need cleaning once a month so this vacuum has some upkeep. This vacuum is pricey but works well.
