Powerful with Good Battery Life
Powerful(this is not your mother's handheld) with excellent battery life. To be honest, I've never found much use for the pivot feature. The long nose does make it easy to reach places you couldn't otherwise reach with most vacuums. I love these powerful, portable, handhelds for quick pickups without dragging out the larger vacuum. I have 3 different brands/varieties each of which has its good and bad points.
After 1 year, not holding a charge very well
I've been using this handvac for about a year now and I have LOVED it up until this point. Lately, it hasn't been holding a charge very well like it used to. It is still serving it's purpose, so I'm not getting rid of it, but it doesn't have the power it used to. I have pet birds and have to use this thing on a daily basis to pick up seed and feathers. I don't agree with what some others have said about the filter getting clogged. Maybe if you don't empty it regularly that would be an issue....
