This Hand Vac REALLY SUX!
My old dustbuster broke down and I needed a new one. Battery powered was out. I didn't like how weak they get the older they get...and eventually die. But this Baby is exactly what the doctor ordered. Powerful. lightweight. Fairly long cord. And a nifty little crevas tool. Yes it is loud relative to it's size. But anything using the amps this vac uses is going to let you know it. The Rub: There is a strap that comes on it. I guess you're suppost to wear it like a purse while you suck up the crum...

Where's the strap?????????
I just ordered this item and received this yesterday afternoon. I then realized that the strap was nowhere to be found. I searched the whole box (three times) and no dice. I'm disappointed, but want to keep this - it vacuums great (suction is the most that I've ever seen & heard). I'd like to know if a strap can be sent to me? Is there anywhere on this web site that I can e-mail Amazon? Usually, I'm very satisfied with the items sold here......Thanks.
