DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL YOURSELF! I tried to install myself and even though I cut the breaker, I still managed to blow a fuse and had to have the HVAC people come out and fix it for me....$80 later. Lucky for me and my three month old daughter, it just happened to be a warm 50 degree winter night. Once it was installed and working properly, everything was fantastic. It's extremely easy to program and does what it's designed to do. Great product!...

Very good product at a good price. The installation was quick and quite simple.I did not know if this thermostat would work with my brand new two stage heat pump but it functions perfectly.The programming steps are straightforward and very user friendly.I highly recommend this product for those that want to upgrade their heat pump thermostat.

Wow... if I can do it, anyone can!
This was SO easy to install. I have no knowledge of electricity and was hoping I would be able to do this. It took about 15 minutes and the longest part of that was labeling the wires as I took them off my old thermostat (which they include stickers for labeling all the wires). When I turned the power back onto my heat pump I was really expecting it not to work as it was so easy to install, but it started right up.
