I didn't know what to expect when I bought this. We've had it for about a year now and love it. Spray is high pressure and you wouldn't know its a low flow. It is self cleaning so no hard water build up. With the high pressure it doesn't take any time to rinse soap. We have save quite a bit of $ on our water bill....

Very disappointed
When I took my first shower with this I thought the shower head was clogged. This does not give any type of spray rather just a single stream. The construction of this is very cheap. I thought my husband must have bought it at the dollar store. If you payed more than $5 dollars for it you were robbed. We are putting the old shower head back on.
