Hand-held shower
This product cracked where it attaches to the pipe within a week of using it. I should have bought a metal one....

Flimsy Plastic connections
This product worked as expected, except that the connectors are made of plastic and are flimsy. The one I bought is already broken because to make the shower head stop leaking I had to tighten it too much. Now it is broken. The seller was fine and shipping was timely. The product sucked.

The Best I've Owned
I've had this for four years now. But A pipeline repair that put dirt in the line and clogged the holes has forced me to replace it. I purchased another more expensive brand at a local store and the force of the spray is very weak in comparison. So I'm buying another one of these at Amazon. This baby really blasts the water - if you want it to. The massage setting is really great. I've had no problems with the swivel mount. It's been 100% trouble free. A great bargain.
