Happy with purchase of Springform pan.
I am using pan for the first time this morning, So I am not sure how well it will do But I am confident it will be perfect. Nice and heavy.

Leaks with cheesecakes
My issue with this pan was that it leaks. Instead of my cheesecake batter remaining in the pan, it ended up on all over my counter. I have never had any trouble when creating this cheesecake using my Ekco springform pan but I wanted a taller cheesecake. I should have known "if it's not broke don't fix it." Lesson learned.

I love these things!
These pans are great for making any type of cake or baked goods, but they are a must for cheesecakes, in my opinion. I received the shipment very fast, and promptly used it to make two cheesecakes that night!In addition, they are very easy to clean, especially if you line the bottom with foil and then snap the side into place. from Amazon.com
