01 Jun 2008 The only one I use anymore! I use this cookie sheet constantly. It's a great size and it cooks evenly. The only problem is I have a hard time grabbing it out of the oven with an oven mitt on. I wish the lip was just a little bit deeper or had a rolled edge or something. Being a strong believer that you 'get what you pay for', when I decided I wanted a superior quality cookie sheet, I went directly to a Farberware product - and Farberware definately did not disappoint with this cookie sheet. Firstly, it's huge, so it easily bakes over a dozen very large cookies at a time. And, it bakes them beautifully - the entire pan baked evenly, and the bottom of the cookies were perfect! 14 Dec 2007 No home baker should be without this! This is a replacement of what I already own. If you are baking Christmas cookies, this product is a must!
