Sticking NOT a problem! Handles stay cool, thick gauge metal
Having received these pans and used most of them I am bit perplexed by the negitive reviews which mostly complain about unbelievable sticking problems when cooking with them. Let me first say that I was a professional chef/cook for more than 20 years and worked all around the world. The industry standard in most pro kitchens is generally heavy aluminum with teflon coating only being found in egg pans. Really STICKY cookware
