Cuisinart Stainless Cookware
Have only possessed for a short time so I can't speak on satisfaction of prolonged use, but as for early on, this cookware has what appears to be a quality high polish stainless that has been holding up well under stove heat.

Be wary. You will see only a small percentage of bad reviews for this Cuisinart cookware here and Consumer Reports rates it fairly well for the price, although they warn about it not cooking evenly. Quality at a good price
For the price, this is very good cookware. Here are the only issues/concerns we've had:
Slight "pitting" (or something) on the inside bottom of some pans after first use.
When you are heating up the pans for use, you can hear a tink, tink, tink sounds as the pan heats up.
